The service
Audrey’s List is a matching service. Homeowners describe a project, and we introduce them to vetted local home professionals who reach out directly. Audrey’s List is free for homeowners.
What we are not
We are not a contractor, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a pro. Pros on our list are independent businesses. While we vet every pro before adding them, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, pricing, or completion of any work. Always confirm licensing and insurance directly with your pro where applicable.
Your part
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a match, to use the service only for genuine home-service projects, and to consent to matched pros contacting you about your request.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audrey’s List is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from work performed by pros you were matched with. Our role ends at the introduction.
